I was born in Queens, New York, but all my memories were formed in Mansfield, Ohio (the heart of the nation). I attended Lexington High School, playing varsity tennis, captaining the Academic Challenge team, and being heavily involved in our school newspaper, Mock Trial, Science Olympiad, and BioClub. Lexington was a fairly small school (my graduating class size was under 200) but I was still provided plenty of opportunities through the Mansfield campus of tOSU.

Fun fact: I missed that graduation to compete at the team state tournament!
